Shipping policy

Delivery costs for all Standard UK orders is £3.00 for Royal Mail 48 Hour Signed For. 1st Class Shipping is sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For which is priced at £3.55.  Occasionally if able to do so, we will offer next day Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm via Royal Mail priced at £7.50. All guarantees by Royal Mail are out of our control and at their discretion. This method of shipping excludes Saturday’s. We do offer when available, Royal Mail, Special Delivery on Saturday Guaranteed by 1pm priced at £10.00. If an order is made on Friday and is required for next day delivery, the Saturday option must be selected otherwise your order will be shipped for next working day delivery on Saturday, meaning your order will arrive on Monday.

Free Shipping is always Standard Shipping which is Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed within the UK and International is always Tracked and or Signed For.

All orders are aimed to be sent out for delivery the next working day between Monday and Friday. Your items should, depending on the Royal Mail, be delivered in 2 days, but not guaranteed within this time frame and can unfortunately take longer.  If an order is urgent please contact us immediately after your order was placed at anna@blondilashes.co.uk with your order number and we will strive to assist. We always strive to include your tracking reference number in the fulfilment email we send after an order has been shipped, if for whatever reason you have not received yours, please accept our apologies and email us on the above email.

Orders that have not arrived within the specified time frame will not be considered missing unless a 14 day period has passed from the date of shipment and no goods have been received. We cannot be held responsible if your order doesn’t arrive in time or outside the usual guidelines of the shipping times.  We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not able to provide further information that what the tracking information says. Items that are not collected from a failed delivery are the responsibility of the customer to collect and if items are uncollected and returned to sender or a returns centre, the items are the responsibility of the customer.

For the time being, we unfortunately do not ship to the USA or Canada including any of their territories. We are looking to expand to these area's but for the time being we do not. Everywhere else we ship to.

Occasionally from time to time we reduce our Standard UK shipping cost to £1. This is strictly referring to Standard UK Shipping only which is described above and any other shipping method must be paid for accordingly.

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for - £8.00 (3-5 days)

The rest of the world excluding USA and Canada
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for - £14.00 (5-10 days)

Australia and New Zealand
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for - £15.00 (5-10 days) - Sometimes reduced to £8

Please bare in mind, orders placed on a Friday afternoon will aim to be dispatched on Saturday but this is not a guarantee and otherwise will not be posted until the following Monday subject to bank holidays. 

We do not accept any responsibility for goods not arriving to you if you enter the shipping address incorrectly or for example move house and do not update any account details or provide the correct details.  No refunds or exchanges, credits or items being reshipped through goodwill will not be honoured.
