Refund policy
Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us because the item is faulty, incorrect or misdescribed, we offer a 14 day return policy where a refund will be offered. We will offer a refund providing that the item you are returning is unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please be aware that due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges if the item is opened or removed from it's original packaging.
If you are unhappy with your product, please accept our apologies and email us at anna@blondilashes.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods and we will work with you to return the items to us providing they meet the above criteria. Should you not inform us of a faulty, incorrect or misdescribed product within 14 days of receiving your goods, no refund will be offered. We do not offer a refund or exchange due to not wanting to the product or changing your mind.
Returning of the goods is the responsibility of the customer and therefore we cannot accept liability for it, between it leaving you and reaching us. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service should the returned product become lost in transit. The responsibility of the return shipping costs is upon yourself and you will not be reimbursed for such costs. We hold no responsibility for items that fail to reach us when returned to us, either by the customer or by the courier, and items that fail to reach us will not be eligible for refunds.
Please allow for up to 7 days for us to process your return when it has been received by us. Once the item has been processed and inspected, we will look to refund you should the item fit the above criteria and inform you of this by email. Please allow up to 10 days for card refunds to be processed and appear back in your bank. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
If returning items from outside of the UK, there may be duty charges incurred. We are not responsible for paying these and will simply refuse to accept the parcel. It is therefore your responsibility to pay the correct duty charges. You must ensure you declare the package value as Zero and write on that they are returned goods. Failure to do so may result in no refund being processed. Again, the liability of paying the return shipping costs is upon yourself, the customer and you will not be reimbursed for such costs.
Please note: All items are inspected before delivery and are in a clear container so inspection is able to be undertaken without having to remove the product from its packaging. Should a product be faulty from inspection through the clear packaging, then please accept our apologies and contact us and follow the above steps and we will investigate as to how it has slipped through our strict quality control.
The time taken for a returned item to get to you or us may vary on your geographical location.
Once an order has been fulfilled/shipped it cannot be cancelled.
